1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. Similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage, work in much the same way. This policy covers both and explains how we use them on assurelens.tech. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.
2. Your choices
When you first visit, we ask whether you accept analytics cookies. Nothing other than strictly necessary storage is used until you choose, and rejecting is as easy as accepting. Your choice is remembered for 12 months, after which we ask again.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time: . Withdrawing consent stops analytics immediately and removes the analytics cookies set on this site. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
3. Strictly necessary
These are needed for the site to work or to do something you have asked for, so they do not require consent. They are not used to track you.

4. Analytics (only with your consent)
If you accept, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used - for example, which pages are visited and how visitors arrive - so we can improve it. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. We do not use analytics data for advertising, and our site tells Google not to use it for ads (advertising consent signals are always set to “denied”). Google may process this data outside the UK and EEA under its own safeguards; see Google's Privacy Policy.

5. Third-party services
Our demo booking page may show a scheduler from Calendly. If it does, Calendly may set its own cookies within that scheduler, which are governed by Calendly's Cookie Notice. Links to other websites, such as LinkedIn, are subject to those sites' own cookie policies.
Our contact and partner forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which checks that a person, not an automated program, is submitting them. On those pages, reCAPTCHA collects information such as your IP address and how you interact with the page, and sets the cookie listed above, under Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We use it only to keep the forms secure. What you type into our forms is sent to our servers only when you submit them.
6. Changes to this policy
We will update this page if the cookies we use change. If the change is significant, we will ask for your consent again.
